How To Cite A Source: Bibliographic Instruction Tutorial
A tutorial was created to explain the fundamentals of bibliographic citation. Topics include when to cite a source; and different methods of citations. In addition, an example of APA style citation is included.
Databases: A Comparable Study of MUSE and ERIC
This research paper was written for an Online Information Retrieval course. ERIC an MUSE were the two databases used for the research paper. The same five search terms were used in both databases. This paper discusses the results of those queries. Also included are tables detailing the history of both databases and how they have expanded over the years since they were created.
Byzantine and Islamic Libraries Powerpoint
This PowerPoint was created to accompany a discussion about the history of Byzantine and Islamic Libraries. The PowerPoint details the significant characteristics of each library. Special attention was given to the Byzantine method of bookbinding. Also discussed in the presentation was the art of Islamic paper-making, which is reported to be the first of its kind during this time period.
