I have held positions in several academic libraries: Arkansas State University, Loyola University of New Orleans, and Xavier University of Louisiana. My current position at Xavier University Library is Head of Access Services and Student Resources.  This position facilitates access to services such as Circulation, Interlibrary Loans, Course Reserves, Item Holds, and LOUIS Cards. This role also leads the Workforce Readiness Student Employment Training Program, ensuring adequate support and development for students while managing day-to-day library access services operations.
